Ordering Information

We take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our secure website at www.CountrysideBasketrySupplies.com No shippping outside of the United States, Hawaii or Alaska. When placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation that we received your order. If you do not receive a confirmation that means the order did not go through.

Phone Orders: Please call 715-412-1276 to place a phone order. In the event that you are directed to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number and order. We will get back to you within one business day unless otherwise stated on our website.

Shipping: We ship mainly priority mail. We will ship UPS if the shipping comes in less than priority mail. Pick up from our headquarters is also available. Street address is required for delivery (UPS cannot deliver to a PO box). Outside the continental U.S., all shipments are sent via U.S. Postal Service. Expedited shipping options are available at a higher rate. We will only ship COD when specifically requested; COD charges apply. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Charges: If you do not select pick up from our headquarters, shipping charges are added to each order total.

Backorders: Items temporarily out of stock will be backordered and shipped unless you advise otherwise. We will alert you if an item is backordered and the date when we will have it in stock.

Guarantee: We stand behind our products and will supply the best materials available. Remember the items you are ordering are natural materials.

Damages Items: Should a shipment arrives damaged, or items in your package are damaged in shipping, please be sure to keep all packaging materials. If your package was delivered by UPS, please call them immediately at 1-800-742-5877. Please contact us at 715-412-1276 so we can replace the damaged items.

Refused/Returned COD's: A $10 processing fee, plus original shipping COD fees are charged on all returned COD's. To help prevent your COD package from returning to us, please be at your mailing address. Contact us to find out the exact total of your order to ensure you have the exact amount of money on hand.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Wisconsin residents add 5.5% sales tax or provide us with your Wisconsin Sellers Permit Number.
